It’s 3:03 a.m., and I’m still unable to sleep. I keep experiencing a sensation that I stop breathing just as I’m about to fall asleep, which is preventing me from getting any sleep

I'm using the Dreamstation 2 Auto CPAP advanced. Ramp + is 45 minutes with Pressure at 10 cmH2O, Humidity 4, Heated tube 2, and Flex 3. So, with the pressure, I have the ability to reduce and not increase from the machine.
