Before worrying about the centrals seen you need to determine if they are real asleep centrals or post arousal centrals or maybe just a normal sleep transition central. Hey, thank you for the replies. I think putting two pieces of tape helped. I also cut them larger (10 cm length). I use medium pillows and can't switch to large, though maybe I'll try again sometime.
