Are you aware that all the Central apneas, obstructive apneas and hyponeas MUST have a duration of at least 10 seconds to earn a flag. Looks to me like the bulk of what you shared was just arousal breathing or Sleep/Wake/Junk (SWJ) from not being sound asleep but it doesn't show you why you aren't ...

I’m experiencing constant awakenings and noticing a lot of residual, unflagged events. For example, the night I posted about showed an AHI of just 0.37, but I woke up at least 5+ times.
