I've been using 3M Micropore tape for over a year now (leaving only a small part of my mouth untaped), and in my opinion, it helps me a lot. In the morning, I don't have the feeling that my mouth and nose are completely dried out.

I used Google Gemini to analyze my OSCAR charts and gave it my snoring recordings. This usually helps it provide more detailed info on what's happening during those snoring episodes and combine that data with the OSCAR charts.
