Are you using a cpap max or other contour pillow that has pillow cases made to fit? If so, the easiest thing may be to buy one of the pillowcases made for it to take apart and use as a pattern. For the cpap max 2, cotton pillowcases are only $15ish.

Try removing and reinstalling the connector piece between the tank and hose. It usually corrects it on the first try for me.
