Are you using a cpap max or other contour pillow that has pillow cases made to fit? If so, the easiest thing may be to buy one of the pillowcases made for it to take apart and use as a pattern. For the cpap max 2, cotton pillowcases are only $15ish.

Try removing and reinstalling the connector piece between the tank and hose. It usually corrects it on the first try for me. If you remove the tank, you’ll see the release button for the connector on the inside back wall - small gray button. Someone posted a video explaining that the problem is like...

Thanks. I got one, but it gets on my nerves so I keep removing it after an hour or two. I prefer a contoured chin strap, but need to find one that fits or start performing surgery on the one I have. :)

My big leaks are always connected to the humidifier seal. If popping the basin out and back in a couple of times doesn’t fix it, try this: take out the basin and look inside the machine. You should see a little gray button at the back. Push it and remove the piece that connects the hose, then pop it...
