Can I tell from the OSCAR's data which CA are real and which are arousals?
Also, these "post arousal flags" are harmless events that show I am in the process of waking up and not deep sleeping? Can I read more somewhere?

The first step is to look at the breakdown of the AHI into O and CA. Harmless transitional apneas are often reported as CA. O is not affected as much. Thanks, I suffer from CA and hypopneas only.
