I probably didn't sleep at all during t...

Re: New to Cpap and sleep apnea
Hi Ozij, It has been a while since my last post. I have been on a scale of 0 to 10 at about 2 of my overall health when it comes to sleep and energy. I have been using my CPAP all these days but nothing makes it better, once in a while I hit one ok night and feel good the next day (Good at about 5 t...

Re: New to Cpap and sleep apnea
Hi Ozij, See my answers in bold below. "I agree that those charts show very bad sleep." I wish I can tell by looking at the charts, I don't know how you do it. Can you post some examples "I see that when you switched from CPAP 6 to APAP 6-9 you added an "iPR=2" as a result of which part of the time ...

Re: New to Cpap and sleep apnea
Hi,
Base on those charts what do you think I should set the Min and Max pressure.
I am trying to understand if I could narrow the numbers down.
Thank you

Re: New to Cpap and sleep apnea
Are all those Flow limitations flags "normal" on the event flags?
Also, do you think all my continuous arousals have to do with soft palette prolapse?
Sometimes I find myself trying to exhale thru my nose I can't, my soft palette blocks the air and it comes out thru my mouth.
Thanks a lot.
