The customer service from my existing DME is terrible. Anyone know of a good one in the Denver area? I'm hoping to switch to someone else. Are those things usually insurance-specific?

I've had this machine for 4 days and everything is fine, except when scrolling through the patient data screens, the only two that come up are the usage numbers.
