Thank you so much for the tip on modifying the settings on my own. Saved me the money of a visit and the time of the drive. I was able to get it working. I just turned the EPR on full time at level 2 and also got rid of the ramp time. I'll give it a shot for a few days. That ought to cover the sugge...
