I was on trazadone for many years. I like that it is an antidepressant w/sedating effects. It is an old 'work horse' without all the bells and whistles that the newer drugs that have lots of advertising money to spend. Also, it is not addicting. Glad to hear this helped so much. And no, I'm not a sa...

Re: Unexpected Insomnia and Panic Attacks
Please don't beat yourself up about seroquel. You are on a minute dose. I've been on it for years, also at a very low dose. It works!

Re: What is the best nasal CPAP mask for not leaking?
I used to soak it in a warm water solution for about 20 minutes every week. I've not been good about cleaning it so after 10 days or so it keeps slipping around and I've not been as happy about it. I'm just about to go back to cleaning it once a week.

Re: new mask help
When I first started to use my CPAP, my mouth and nose were really dry. What solved the problem right away was to raise my humidity to 5 and and raise the temperature in my heated hose to 84. Worked like a charm! BTW, I have a nasal mask, a DreamWisp and like it very much although it's the only mask...

Re: Unable to use my machine because of mask and tube leaks
Artsyuno, it worked! As you suggested, I pulled out the little gray connector (outlet connector which connects the air tubing), put it back in and plugged in the water basin, the hooked up the tubing. Thank you so much!!!
