Re: New CPAP user here

Robysue, Thank you for your reply. I'm really frustrated with the leaks. I'll have a night like Aug 17 where everything was near perfect, but then another night where I'm leaking like crazy. I'm using the Airfit f30i mask. I started taping my mouth Aug 16th, and every night since (except for one) my...

Re: New CPAP user here

https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/b3c06134-16c9-4042-85da-2b490f5f5159 So my AHI has gone down since adjusting the settings but I am having continuous problems with leaking. Seems like I will have a night where I felt like I leaked a lot (waking up, whistling etc.) but the app will tell m...

Re: New CPAP user here

I always start on my side breathing through my nose. At some point I roll to my back and my mouth apparently opens and I switch to mouth breathing. Considering trying the whole mouth taping/nasal mask but since I'm only about 7 weeks into the CPAP I'm trying to get the FF mask down. I changed the re...

Re: New CPAP user here

Here is a link with the data after the pressure increase. Seems like events went down. Should I continue to raise the minimum? Thank you to everyone that has helped!

Re: New CPAP user here

I changed the range to 11-20 and start pressure to 7. I like the pressure lower when I'm trying to fall asleep, but the pressures during the night don't bother me (unless I have a big leak and the machine is pumping like crazy). I'll see how this works tonight.

Thank you for the replies!

New CPAP user here

Hello all, I have a resmed 11 autoset that I have been using for about 6 weeks. My sleep study showed 49.8 events per hour and I am down around 5 using the machine for 8 hours a night. All of my data is in OSCAR and sleepHQ. What would I share from sleepHQ so that my data can be viewed and any recom...
