Okay so last night I had 7.9 following my 5.1 the night before.Not over tightening the mask has made all the difference, well that and not being stuffed up. I tend to be stuffy on a fairly regular basis, so that might be an ongoing issue at times, but I'm no longer panicking about super high numbers...

I have an airsense 11 auto. Sleep doctor's initial settings are between 5 and 15 pressure and my mask is a full face mask f30i. Not sure how to check the event breakdown.
