Thanks, Yes I mostly sleep on my back. I have a new pillow that sits lower that I'll try out. I have no issues sleeping on my side and will attempt that tonight to see if any changes are made. My Dr. has mentioned that hes OK with changing the settings. They mentioned it might take a few adjustments...

These were prescribed by my doctor and after a in-lab sleep study.

They started at 4 and ramped until my AHI was low enough which was around 12. (During the study)
