Re: CPAP Data Missing
MyAir is underreporting total session time by about one hour as well. It’s so weird.

Re: CPAP Data Missing
Here is SleepHQ links. My start time is correct but my end time cuts off the last hour of sleep. My Oura ring still tracks my sleep but I can only see that in the Oura app, can’t see my CPAP data during that time. https://sleephq.com/public/845e1d25-9ac5-4fc6-885a-ab46e11e708b https://sleephq.com/pu...

Re: CPAP Data Missing
I usually wait at least 10 minutes to half an hour to pull SD card out. And my sesssion time ends at 6:30am when alarm goes off but showing it ending at 5:30am each night. I called the DME provider and they are showing about one hour less time usage as well, so not getting all my time, though I’m we...

CPAP Data Missing
I currently use an Airsense 11 and noticed that it cuts off last half hour to hour of data whether I import to SleepHQ or Oscar, both missing the same times at the end of the night. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Re: Weird Flow Rate HELP
You weren't in deep sound sleep. That's arousal breathing...you may or may not remember the arousal but you weren't asleep or at least in deep sleep. What are you using to measure sleep status? Oura ring, I compare it with my notes of when I wake up and it seems to be fairly accurate. Couple times ...

Re: Weird Flow Rate HELP
So I tried adjusting CPAP to 9.2 to see if that would help at all. By end of night just tried 10 to see as well. But can anyone explain what could cause this erratic breathing between 11:59pm to 12:01am, it is during deep sleep stage. I included small snippet of what I am concerned about along with ...

Re: Weird Flow Rate HELP
What do you think it might be? You might want to read up on Buspar though. Of the meds you mentioned this one stood out to me because it is well known to cause sleeping problems. Plus there is a big long list of "if you are taking this then your doc may want to adjust dosages of all meds".... https...

Re: Weird Flow Rate HELP
Now why you have so much awake/arousal breathing....million dollar question but it's not related to sleep apnea stuff that would show up on the reports. Meds? Spontaneous arousals? I currently take 1mg Clonazepam, 50mg seroquel, and 15mg of Buspar at night for sleep. Also take 5mg amlodipine for bl...

Re: Weird Flow Rate HELP
How are you sleeping, subjectively, and how are you feeling? I always wake up feeling horrible, like I didn’t get good sleep at all. I will try bumping up 0.2 and see if that helps. It seems that when I keep it on APAP mode the change is airflow wakes me up more so recently moved to standard CPAP m...

Re: Weird Flow Rate HELP
You were right, that was one I was awake. Here are three more snippets from times I am defintley asleep(I have a sleep tracker) with no mask leak(except last one appears to have a tiny little leak) or flow limitation. It’s from my SleepHQ, don’t have access to my Oscar right now. Let me know your th...

Weird Flow Rate HELP
Having trouble figuring out what I have such odd flow rate throughout the night, when there are no flow limits or apnea events. These often wake me up and just trying to see if anyone else has had this issue or seen this issue. Like, what caused it and how did you fix it? I posted a snip of Oscar da...

Re: UARS or OSA
The link to the SleepHq report worked fine, no need to cut and paste from it, and usually, out of context cuts don't help us much.... You're using a 20 minute ramp period - put the ramp on Auto, that way therapy pressure kicks in when you fall asleep. Your machine is given permission to go down to ...

Re: UARS or OSA
Which positions do you sleep in? Could you have rolled onto your back about 9:50? constantly waking up How often? Have you studied good sleep hygiene? Which medications do you take? I usually sleep on my left side, try to avoid sleeping on my back. And my current nighttime meds are 30mg of Buspar, ...
