Agreed, I would love to sleep a solid 7+ Typically, it's mask issues that are getting me up earlier I hear you on the numbers. Hello Everyone, I am new to CPAP and have had a little over 3 weeks of therapy so far. I have been using Oscar, which is still pretty Greek to me.
