Re: AirFit F20 front falling off?
It clicks into place just fine, and if I just attempt to pull it straight off the mask it stays attached just fine. However, if I rotate my hand at all while pulling, it immediately comes off. It looks like one of the tabs meant to hold it on does not fully seat. I've emailed resmed about it, but I'...

Re: AirFit F20 front falling off?
If it was damaged, it was before I even got it, as this has happened the entire time I've had it.

AirFit F20 front falling off?
I recently got an AirFit F20 to eliminate the mouth breathing I've been doing with just nasal pillows, but I've run into a weird problem. The hose attaches to a swivel which attaches to the front of the mask. This swivel has quick release connectors which make it fall off the front of the mask at th...

Re: Sanity check
Alright I gave mouth taping a shot, it's not as bad as I expected but I'm not sure I can do this long-term https://sleephq.com/public/dae08670-355f-4fe6-a311-a9d773b5db77 When I woke up enough around 8 I noticed the tape had detached from part of my mouth. I lowered the humidity setting from 2->1, w...

Re: Sanity check
I have thought about mouth taping, but it sounds fairly unpleasant (and I have a beard/mustache)... it's definitely going to be my fallback option, but I'd like to see if I can resolve things without it. https://sleephq.com/public/b1660f44-c4b5-4b02-bcf1-4462131369fa w/ V-COM I think it's better (an...

Re: Sanity check
I was hoping limiting the pressure excursions would help the leaks... does not appear to be the case, the leaks were worse! The leaks looked great on the 20th, not sure what's going on there. Are you waking with dry mouth? I have a theory that mask and mouth leaks can actually cause CO2 stripping, ...

Re: Sanity check
Decided to try the large nasal pillows last night, and the results here note great. 6:30am is when I woke up and switched back to the medium ones https://sleephq.com/public/b4c59cc3-6c60-4dde-be46-91fe2053849b I'm still having issues with leaks - I can't seem to get the strap to actually stay tight....

Re: Sanity check
Alright here's sleephq from last night: https://sleephq.com/public/5925dba8-3296-4123-b4ac-b910d2590945 The leak rate around 7AM was from opening my mouth according to my wife. Not sure what happened around 3:30 though. I think my min pressure probably needs to go up a bit - probably 8.8? After 10 d...

Re: Sanity check
the mask is the Airfit P10, I went on cpap.com, sorted by most reviews and went with that one. It's fairly comfortable, except last night I wore it upside down (seriously, who designs a sleep apnea mask with no tactile indication of which way is the right side up... There is another way to know whi...

Re: Sanity check
It took me awhile to fall asleep - I don't think I was actually asleep until some time around 1:30AM. If I inhale to quickly I can snore while I'm awake, the sides of my nose vibrate. Updated my profile, the mask is the Airfit P10, I went on cpap.com, sorted by most reviews and went with that one. I...

Sanity check
https://i.imgur.com/p6g838y.png This was my first night with cpap, my GP had prescribed 4-20 pressures, but my very first act was bumping the minimum pressure up to 6.6. Based on the graphs, I've bumped this up to 7.5 for tomorrow - does that sound sane? Something woke me up around 4am and it took ...
