Re: Oximeters: Junk or Not?
The ring actually also records my pulse as does go quite low into the 30's as have bradycardia That's a good reason to use a pulse-oximeter. Hopefully I will be able shortly to present my results in a proper format here I'm a fan of OSCAR. However, SleepHQ is easier to use and can more easily provi...

Re: Oximeters: Junk or Not?
Is this ring acceptable to present the data at a Sleep Apnea Doctors appt. It's acceptable to present, but your doctor would tell you to use the medical device he has already prescribed. Doctors can be successfully sued for making diagnoses or prescribing treatment based on devices that are not FDA...

Anyone else have issues or moved forward with better and easier software for posting images? Thx.

Re: Two questions. Zolpidem affecting readout? Dental issues.
Thx for your response. Yes I keep wanting to stick my jaw out all the time, as if Im trying to hold onto something like pressing my mouth around my teeth and I really cannot get on with the chin-strap at all which I believe has been the culprit.

Two questions. Zolpidem affecting readout? Dental issues.
Can't sleep these days(anxiety and panic attacks) and unfortunately become reliant on sleeping pills, but I do need to sleep, albeit now very erratically, an hour or two at a time, and some say that talking zolpidem in particular, can give false readings. Is this true as I read it can alter arousals...

Any recs appreciated. Particularly on a good pillow. I'm a stomach/side sleeper..prefer a somewhat softer, rather than hard pillow but was suggested the ones that allow for my mask set up and cannot decide.
