Re: Started using new mask and still getting leaks
I've experimented with the F40 for a while. I would sometimes experience pain at the columella (area between the nostrils). Sometimes it was because it was too tight. If that wasn't the case and I still experienced pain, a pea of lanolin cream solved it. Ultimately, I found that my mouth was falling...

Re: CPAP with generator
I live in an area where power disruptions are not uncommon. In the event of an outage, I connect my Airsense 11 to a portable power station (Pecron E600 LFP). I've also used Bluetti portable power stations with no problems.

Re: Resmed AirSense 10 AutoSet - Is automatic setup better than fixed pressure?
Since no two nights are exactly alike, I prefer APAP over fixed CPAP. Also, I require a slightly higher pressure later in the night and APAP takes care of that. I currently keep the range to only 1cm, some people need a bit more. Yes, setting to a range of 4-20cm and relying on the algorithm to auto...

Re: Minimal Improvement After Years on CPAP, Need Help
Disclaimer: This is only an amateur observation. But I've also struggled for a few years with fatigue despite PAP therapy looking good "by the numbers" and I have managed to make significant gains through trial and error and learning. My first question would be: what else have you tried so far (mach...

Re: OSCAR and BMC and vREM CPAP
This is great! I also have a couple of BMC machines (G2S C20 aka "Luna II" and M1 mini). The M1 mini doesn't support data export at all as far as I know, but the Luna II does and I would love to see OSCAR support for this. I would gladly offer my support as a beta tester but I only use my Luna II as...

Re: Do you use the ramp function?
I use it. I fall asleep more comfortably at a little bit less than my prescribed pressure. As I'm falling asleep, my airway becomes more susceptible to collapse and the pressure it needs gradually kicks in.
