Re: Sudden burst of CA's because left arm was out of bed!
Sadly, the free version doesn't let me include my oximeter data or my SomnoPose data....and, for what you get, the Pro version's $15/month seems a lot to a pensioner.SleepHQ is free, and allows a hi-res sharing of data.

Re: Sudden burst of CA's because left arm was out of bed!
Yes, I've had my O2Ring go off from having the limb go to sleep. I wondered at first if it could have been that simple, but the 'CA' issue (and little change in Pulse Rate) surely suggests it wasn't a localised problem? Yes, I've had the machine register CA's from holding my breath while moving aro...

As was mine....to help me resist the urge to ask if it was normal on this forum for long-term residents to shoot newbies down in flames by criticising one of their first pleas for help!(This comment is meant in a lighthearted way. )

Re: Sudden burst of CA's because left arm was out of bed!
Yup, why didn't Dr Alexander Fleming simply ignore the mould growing on the Petri dish? It was only a one-off observation.

Sudden burst of CA's because left arm was out of bed!
I wonder if anyone can explain this brief weird set of occurrences. 2 nights ago I was woken at 6:04am by an arousal, and felt the need to switch from my right side to my left side. I confirmed this for my records with 5 quick sniffs followed by 4 more (easily seen on a Flow Rate chart). Just 70 sec...

Re: Airsense 10 - why does dial light in middle of night
Did the rolling over action somehow make the machine think Autostop should kick in - but then it changed its mind?

Re: New user with low AHI still feeling exhausted
Monitoring your O2 is a good thing to do... I too bought a pulse oximeter (the excellent Wellue SleepU) as an extra aid in trying to understand what was going on when I slept - after all, I thought that's the ultimate problem we are trying to solve....stopping our oxygen level dropping because of t...

Re: Are any of these events real?
Can you repost 1-2 graphs WITH the left side showing all the necessary info without which it's hard to say a lot about them... calendar is NOT necessary. Sorry, I thought they were self-explanatory standalone, but sure - here you go. Thanks for your help. https://i.imgur.com/tYM10td.png https://i.i...

Are any of these events real?
I have been using APAP for 4 months and, with help from kind people on these forums, I have managed to get my AHI consistently below 1 - often well below. I am at the point where I am starting to question some of the event flags, as I gradually realise that the machines are not perfect at this. I wo...

Re: Do I need to turn off EPR and go CPAP?
what you are saying here is the exact opposite of the spirit of this forum Gosh, that seemed harsh! I personally am still very much in the early experimental phase of dealing with my sleep apnea, and making good progress (at least in my understanding) thanks to folks on here and similar forums. Are...

Re: Worrying session last night - hypopneas increased tenfold!
Are you a full-time back-sleeper? As I mentioned, I almost never sleep supine (I think because when I have tried it makes me wake with a snort as soon as I start falling asleep). Relaxing your jaw and tucking your chin may help, it did help me. Do you mean reducing the separation between chin and c...

Re: Worrying session last night - hypopneas increased tenfold!
I really appreciate the responses and I will address each one later, but first I must share my news.... I think I have solved the mystery .... I realised right from the start that what was unique (for me) about my really bad night was the use of an FFM together with a Soft Cervical Collar (SCC). But...

Worrying session last night - hypopneas increased tenfold!
I've been on PAP for almost 4 months now and I thought I was beginning to understand it all pretty well....but last night's results have left me totally flummoxed! My AHI shot up suddenly to ten times my average and I have no idea why!! I show below a typical night's charts, followed by last night's...
