Re: Help with Oscar

I'm very clumsy or stupid but his is what I get.
The tab data imports doesn't allow to begin upload.
And I cannot copy anything on the tab Share Links either. I tried to apply the path from my computer's Oscar screenshots and it shows on SleepHQ as "failed".

My apologies

Re: Help with Oscar

I have an account on SleepHQ but I cannot upload any files.
I wake up sweating and alarmed once or twice per night. Most times it happens at my "normal" wake up time around 4:30-5:00 am.

Re: Help with Oscar

I cannot find a way to upload my data to SleepHQ. Therefore if nothing can be seen/noticed on the posted charts by the experienced experts in this forum, I give up. Sorry.

I've recently become a granny and I couldn't feel happier for my daughter and her husband and our grandson is healthy and growing up to speed. No major worries, I think. What is Sl...

Re: Help with Oscar

Thank you for your guidance on posting the charts. I hope I do it right this time. I live in the Netherlands and here the machine's pressure is fixed by the doctor. Mine is 7. I've been using the Airsense 10 for the last 4 years without any complains and recovered quite quickly from fatigue and slee...

Help with Oscar

Hello,
Would you help me with the interpretation of Oscar?. My AHI is always low, between 1 and 2 but there must be a reason why I wake up suddenly sweating and a bit alarmed.
