I switched to my first mask which is the Dream something that just fits under your nostrils and over the mouth. I was able to breathe better and actually fell asleep. I kept catching myself with my jaw dropping down and my mouth slightly opened even though I was breathing out of my nose. I can’t see...

Going to try a mask that fits just over my nose. I have a feeling I will be mouth breathing. They’re going to send me a chin strap too. This is such a hassle!

This will be my third night using a cpap. I’m using the Airfit F20 mask. I’ve always had trouble at night with my nose plugging up.
