Re: Help with aerophagia

Hi all, I've been using my resmed airsense 10 autoset for almost two years now and doing mostly great, but lately (let's say a month or so) I've been waking up really bloated. I was wondering if reducing my min pressure might help with this. I would say it wouldn't hurt to lower your min pressure. ...

Re: Nasal mask pressing and obstructing my nose

As a follow up on this, and because it may help others, I managed to sleep much better with the N20 just by positioning it lower (something that seemed impossible at first but after a week I just managed to). Re: Nasal mask pressing and obstructing my nose

Thank you all for the kind replies! Regarding the pressure setting, it's on APAP from 5 to 15. I checked with OSCAR and it seems to be reasonable, as in the longest continuous sleep (which so far has been around two hours :| ) it raises to around 14 and then goes back and settles around 8 (with some...

Nasal mask pressing and obstructing my nose

Hi all! Newbie here. I just went through my second night with a cpap. I know it may take time to get used to it, but I think the issue I'm having may need to be solved some other way. I got an airfit N20 medium nasal mask with the machine, and when I put the mask on (even with no hose connected), it...
