I tried again from OSCAR link first listed on this thread. Selected Mac. Then selected directions to download, green continue button. Then got same page asking for credit card. I took a screenshot of it and am trying to attach here. I’m sorry I’m not yet familiar with this format.

I’ll check all the plugs and power bar. The auto on/off is disabled so I have to manually turn it on a...
