You should maintain a complete medical history including x-rays, mri's, meds, etc. There is no difference except if you have OSA this is even more important as you will likely have it the rest of your life. Make sure you get a copy of the study and have the dictor go over every detail with you. Ask questions. If you know someone that has a sleep disorder and is doing well see if they can come to the appointment with you.

I just got mine July 24 and I think it is a great unit. I am still looking at the data to determine best overall settings. I have download My Encore but there are a few charts do not show up but there is data in the Encore Pro. I will put out a posting to see it anyone else has the same problem.
