When the data is a nice straight line at about 6-8 L/M, that's good sleep. If the line is doing a lot of crap, then it's not. You've got a LOT of... not. BTW you mentioned coffee. How much and when? Mmmmm, coffee. I start at 6am and stop about 3pm. It is my drink of choice. Straight black, no sugar.

I'm curious to get some opinions on last night's report... Increasing minimum to 10 cmH2O improved a lot of stuff, but I'd try bumping it up a bit more to try to get those inspiratory waveforms to look a little better and reduce more arousals. I have found lately that my resmed 10 Airsense machine has been quite noisy. (More than usual). I have tried everything to pinpoint where the noise is coming from without luck.

Air hissing/escaping?
