Several hours later, just before bedtime, I tried to get the prescription onto the card again - and wonder of wonders,it worked. I know it's not magic, but......

Is it still possible to put prescription on smart card?
Using Encore pro v.1.8i, is it still possible to operate a Respironics Bi-Level Pro 2 having the prescription on a Smart Card? I have been doing this for10,000 hours but today I reformatted my smart card via mycpap.org. When I tried to create the prescription back onto the smart card the green light...

Re: My New Activa
...decided to purchase an Activa mask. I had been using the FP HC407, but my pressure has gotten higher and it leaks like a sieve at 12.4. I knew there was going to be a little hump or bump when it adjusted, I just didn't realize it was going to be on every breath. Boy, is that distracting! ... ___...

[quote="Slinky"]I'm inclined to agree that it was pretty tasteless of cpap.com to jack up the price of the old v.1.6 of EncorePro - especially since when I heard Respironics was discontinuing the "tank" in favor of the M series and called cpap.com to verify I mentioned that maybe I'd wait as the pri...

The Activa is truly one of the most reliable masks on the market. If you have taken the mask apart make sure you reassemble it according to manufacturer's direction. THEN, do not take it apart again. Wash the mask as one piece in warm soapy water and rinse well. Do not forget to WASH YOUR FACE and r...

Re: quick connect
cpap.com/productpage/hose-quick-connect.html.....$4.00+S&H I ordered three last January. Use them to ...connect to the Humidaire for quick and easy refilling....Couldn't live without them because removing a regular hose end is tedious at best. Doesn't everyone use these quick-connects? Is the "Humi...

humidifed air helps allergy symptoms
The following quote is from pollen.com "For patients who cannot or prefer not to use drug therapy, humidified warm air is an alternative treatment. By inhaling humid air 42 to 44 degrees Celsius through the nose for 30 minutes, two to three times a week, nasal obstruction can be reduced. Patients sh...

humidifier/hose Quick Connect?
I thought I had read some time ago about a Quick Connect/Disconnect apparatus that fits between the Resmed humidifier and the hose. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Cpap.com never heard of this thing. Maybe another provider carries it?
Thanks, Andy
