Re: Journeyman CPAP user sleep regression
I've looked into all of the things that you are talking about, and agree. I've got my vitamin levels figured out, acid reflux under control, I only wake up 0-2 times per night (that I remember), and always get 7.5-8hrs of sleep. As I stated in my first post though, and why I started posting here, is...

Re: Journeyman CPAP user sleep regression

Re: Journeyman CPAP user sleep regression
Hey guys, Thanks for the replies. I'm familiar with OSCAR so I've attached some screen shots. I didn't start there with my questions because I feel like there is something else going on. Namely the "flex" settings on my Dreamstation 2 machine. Anyone else struggled with this? I didn't have this prob...

Journeyman CPAP user sleep regression
Hey guys, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea over 3 years ago (85 AHI untreated) and have been using a CPAP ever since (usually around 5 AHI when using my machine). When I first started using it I felt immediate relief, however the past 18 months I've had a lot of regression. I told my sleep doctor ab...
