Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
I understand you want to work closely with your doctor. Does he look at your charts? Will he look at them if you show him? The pressure swings on your charts show that the machine is dropping to pressures that allow partial obstructions to happen. Will you doctor agree to your making pressure - and...

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
Imgur is temporarily down, and I didn't see a link to SleepHQ data. So I can comment only on the remark that "O2 stats were down to 84." It's important to know more than that. How much of the night did you spend below, say, 90? If you mostly just had a few dips into the 80s, that might well just re...

Re: Resumed Airsense10 MyAir data delayed for days
Well Mine has not updated since 7/28/23.... last update caused an issue, My Air, has had that message for weeks. I put in an SD card just in case. I need the data to be saved for compliance with insurance. Best of Luck.

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
https://imgur.com/a/aTrWTCz Here is the same data in sleepHQ. i dont know if is better or worse than OSCAR. The SD card MUST be in the machine for someone to see/get their detailed data. Right now your old data is just the summary data that is stored on the machine itself. Any of the good detailed s...

Re: New to CPAP and struggling
https://imgur.com/a/YJRwEHr oscar from last night. My stats looked good on resmed ...... woke with terrible headache and O2 stats were down to 84 %. Something is not adding up. Not sure I understand you. Was it the Dr. who set EPR for ramp only, and off for the rest of the time? I only turned off th...

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
An important part of understanding the nightly chart is knowing how you feel and how you slept. For example, the 40 or so minutes from about 23:27 to 00:12 look like a bout of sleepless tossing and turning, in which whatever the machine tells you about your breathing tells us nothing about what hap...

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
So if the data on my watch is showing I am going into the 80's, does that mean I need more pressure?
The numbers on Oscar are confusing and I don't really know what they mean.

OK, that was my mistake, thank you. It will be in the machine tonight and from now on.

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
that's not useful as it doesn't show what makes up the ahi. and the smart folk here need to see that breakdown in order to help. I don't see any of the data like that. I even tried to use sleepyhead but it did not support the Resmed air sense 11. So on 8/4/23 ... AHI 6.10, H 2.40, OA .40, CA 3.4 8/...

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
Does your MD have anything to say about using Dilantin with Cpap? I checked it out and it doesn't look directly problematic, but there were a couple of things mentioned which you're probably aware of and I know you probably have no choice re taking it. I have been on Dilantin since I was 16... On t...

Re: New to CPAP and struggling (sort of)
So about 7 hours in bed. I can remember waking up all night long. Sometimes 4 times and others 8 plus. OTC ... vitamin D3, vitamin K2, fish oil, b complex, sometimes zyrtec Prescription - Dilantin 400mgs I will pick up an SD card. Is there any device that would pair with the CPAP that would show O2,...
