Hey all, I’ve been on ASV for sometime and recently I’ve found im waking up alot more then before. It feels like my sleep is heavily fragmented and I was wondering if it could be due to too high or inadequate settings. I’ve tried ruling out my health issues and I still wake up for no apparent reason...

Yeah because I’m not sure. My biggest thought was the pressure because the 2 weeks ago I was sleeping through whole nights and now it’s fragmented. I gained a little weight, so makes me wonder

Okay, could it be leaks? This is the damn 4th time I’ve waken up at 2 am. I note the dry mouth or drooling is common between a;l of them.

About a 1 month. The only thing I do notice is ASV pressure sometimes drops alot, but i assume its due algorithm. I do notice some dcent leaks, ill try to fix those and see if it helps.

Would it not be something with pressure. Oscar looks like I wake up as I’m kicked out of the sleep. There is no way to tell from the data available exactly what caused the awakening/arousal because we can have all sorts of reasons for waking. To fix any problem we first have to identify the problem...

I wake up from a Dream, go back to sleep and then don’t have anymore dreams. Takes me like 30 minutes to fall back asleep.

Hi, my sleep doctor has put me on ASV. The issue now is fragmented sleep. I feel like the pressure is not right, but i don't understand ASV tiltration compared to ST. Any thoughts? I notice the breathing which makes sense but my Respiratory Rate is absolutely insane. Im wondering if its the lung disease, or something else. Im not a doctor but a RR of 35 seems excessive.

Oh wow. I also thought I may of woken up from UARS nose arousals. I’m getting a septoplasty+adenoid removal / turbinate reduction. I’m hoping it helps sleep.

Hi, all I was wondering some advice on my ASV. I’ve been having these weirdly breathing patterns. My sleep doctor and Apneaboard can’t figure it out. Here is a pic below…attached. My doctor put me on ASV because it helped my oxygen compared to ST with lung disease.
