My supplier said I need to get new tubing every 6 months. That may be their desire for me to spend more money. I'm wondering if the leak could come from old tubing. I don't want to spend any more money than I have to.

By the way, after my sleep study, the medical group said I was a severe sleep apnea person (80 occurrences within an hour). Maybe this is the reason they set the settings up to 20.

Yes, I do know how to change my settings. My supplier recommended pressure between 4 and 20. I felt 4 was too low and changed to 5.
