I can no longer get imgur to work for me on Chromebook so I have been using Postimages: https://postimages.org/ You choose your image and it will load a thumbnail in the left hand corner. You can scroll down to thumbnail for forums and copy that link to put on the page and then after you post in her...

Re: New to CPAP
Look, my AHI was 75! Like you and probably most of us, the first few weeks of therapy were frustrating to say the least. I started with full face masks. I quickly shut the ramp feature off. Relatively early on, I learned to love the p10 minimalist mask. And for several years now, I have been using ...

Re: New to CPAP
do any of you still use your cpap when you have an upper respiratory infection or cold? Yes. I may have to switch to a full face mask, and make changes to the hose temp and humidity, but I absolutely do. how much do you adjust those temps? does it help? i have a sinus infection and it seems to be m...

Re: New to CPAP
More good news! I been sleeping most of the night every night with my cpap since I turned the ramp time off and got my medium mask back out. I have two more coming from Amazon today. I haven't felt as tired as I did before. My eyes don't look so exhausted. I went to bed around 4ish and was awake at...

Re: New to CPAP
I plan at some point in the near future to try a nasal mask and chin strap. I'm really not concerned about it pulling my jaw back. I might buy the chin strap first and see what happens. Thanks for the heads up though. I had a victory last night. Slept the entire night with my CPAP and actually got s...

Re: Newbie here! Staying positive, but I keep waking up right as I doze off
Not sure if this is helpful but I have an AirSense 11 and I'm able to turn off the ramp time. It's still on auto but instead of waiting til I go to sleep it starts upping the air as I need it right away. I was having the same issue of waking up all the time when I quit breathing. I am starting to a...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
Hello and I would now like to share my success story. Last night for the first time I slept through the night with my CPAP. I do want to do some experimenting with masks as I am uncertain the recommended mask is what's best. I tried a larger sized mask but to no avail. I struggled for a whole month....
