I think this forum is great as part of my support team. I left my Sleep Study not knowing my next step and not being smart enough to ask pertinent questions. I called my GP who referred me back to my Sleep Study physician and had it not been for this forum, I would still be going around in circles....

when you cut pills you get those horrible jagged edges though. Yes, magnesium will crumble when cutting is attempted. Can't offer any advice on the best time to take magnesium - but my doctor has me on a sleeping pill and he says to take it 1 hour before going to bed.

Been using nasal pillows pretty much since 07 and haven’t noticed any size difference in shoz size . However since I got a more firm mattress my leak has increased significantly & AHI has gone up. i've been using a nasal pillow mask for years now too. I havent noticed any changes to my nostrils in this time.
