Since you prefer the Resmed, continue using it. Unless you still owe money on the Respironics, you may do as you wish with it. Good thing is I don't owe money on the Respironics. That machine is in the bag, put away and not coming out anytime soon. I just need to figure out what to do with the DS1 ...
