thank you, and will work on leaks first. However, what bothers me most is I was waked up each night multiple times by Resmed, and each time, I found the air pressure is up between 14 and 18, and the F20 mask is leaking. I would first want to have an uninterrupted nightlong sleep.

last night, based on your above posts, I increased my minimum pressure to 12 and max to 18. Below are my OSCAR diagrams. Any comments for my next step of air pressure adjustment will be appreciated.

I have already set at 3 for inhale/exhale difference, and believe the same that,upsurge of air pressure, not constant high pressure, are likely causing mask leaks, which in turn causes even higher pressure. Will bump up minimum pressure from 10 to 12, max at 18 ...

As suggested, last night I turned up min pressure from 5 to 10, and max from 14 to 16, and attached is my Oscar diagram, not pretty. (somehow this board won't let me attach the diagram)

Maybe I should further change the min and max?
