I have been using a full face mask for the last 2 or 3 years before that i did use nasal mask. but the results were the same except for the new mask

When i mention the old mask i would have to cover 20 different types of mask including all the popular ones and some not so popular. So its not one mask but all the old mask i have used in the last 7 years. Hope this helps

I have had my Quattro leaking a lot lately and I have pulled the mask as tight as i can with out good results. Then i went to the learning center were they show how to fit the mask and they say to draw it snug not tight and I am now getting much better results. Hope this might help some one else.

The dt3500 card reader uses a smart card and the new PR One uses a SD card. So I think the USB reader that takes a smart card is nor usable in this case

I am using a SD card plugged in the the slot in the computer. I do have an old USB card reader that was used for the old Remstar machine but did not try to install it because i figured i would no longer need the reading from a smart card. Also I notice that the download came with a smart card reader...

I tried it but it also did not help. the smart card was running but some sql encore2 was not so i started any way still did not help

I have finely installed encore pro 2 on window 7 with virtual windows XP. The programs seem OK. BUT it does not recognize the SD card when inserted. Am I missing some thing on downloading from SD card ?

It took a little practice. I got a plastic bottle in a kit from bed bath and beyond also basically same thing at Walmart.
