Do any of you sleep on your back with your PAP device? I’m sure you might need higher pressure, but my nose is definitely less congested when I lay on my back. I’ve been avoiding it because my jaw drops when I fall asleep, but I want to try a cervical collar to see if that helps.

EPR lowers the pressure when you exhale. When the pressure is lower, your airway is more apt to collapse. And keep you from inhaling, even before IPAP is applied.
