Nasal pillow moisture issue even with humidity off

I'm more than 2 months in and still no luck. The dreamwear nasal pillow is the closest I've found to suitable but I wake up itchy or uncomfortable because of how damp it gets. Not sweat just condensation. No gurgling in tube. Just damp and irritating. Thoughts?

Sweaty itchy boo :(

Ugh I can't get to 4 hours because I wake up all itchy and sweaty under my nose. (I think it's sweat bc my humidity is turned way down). Anyone have this issue and what was your solution? Full face mask?

Re: Help! my first follow up appt is Friday.

Thanks so much for responding. And clarifying the machines ability (not) to track sleep/awake . So...you ask if I have any idea what's causing awakening. That's my struggle. No idea really. I had awakenings before CPAP so I had high hopes they would stop once I started treatment. It's not leaking an...

Help! my first follow up appt is Friday.

I have my first appt since starting CPAP coming up this Friday. I'm trying to get prepared with questions. I had posted this link but maybe it got buried in the other thread so I thought I'd try again. Are there areas of my graph that look interesting/suspicious? ...that point to therapy adjustments...

Re: New update. Still not great. :(

Apap was not what doctor rx'd. I'm only 4 weeks in and I do have a follow-up. So I'm looking to get armed with questions and requests. Why apap?

As for MyAir I just mean myAir says I'm doing great but I know I'm Not because of my wakeups.

Re: New update. Still not great. 1st try posting OSCAR

https://imgur.com/vPty8FV So here is a link. I think I have it all showing in the screenshot. The data look fine (to me) but all I know is I wake up all the time and MyAir says I don't, so I don't trust it. That and I just don't feel rested. I picked a fairly typical day. One that I had commented on...

Re: Machine says 7 hours MyAir says less than 1?

Thanks chicagogranny! Idk why I had that hiccup, it was fine until this morning. The device said 7 hours (yay) but the app said otherwise. I'm glad it reset!

Re: Machine says 7 hours MyAir says less than 1?

Okay I answered my own question. But for anyone who searches on this someday, it's here for posterity. I unplugged the machine and then plugged it back in. Then in the myAir app, I logged off. When I logged back in it had reset and showed the correct information.

Machine says 7 hours MyAir says less than 1?

I'm concerned I won't get credit for insurance purposes. Has anyone had it where MyAir doesn't match the device/reality? What did you do?

Re: New update. Still not great. :(

Perfect score on device yet I know I was waking up all the time last night. I'm certain I need more hours sleep but I don't fall asleep right away. Which means going to bed earlier doesn't fix my prob and sleeping later isn't an option because life work etc

Re: New update. Still not great. :(

I think I missed replying to the number of hours and number of wake ups question. Number of hours isn't horrible. Probably 5 or 6. And number of remembered wake ups isn't that bad either maybe 3 or 4. No recollection of what causes wake up except maybe 1 episode of leaking and readjusting needed. No...

Re: New update. Still not great. :(

I took a closer look at my machine. I didn't think to scroll down! Unfortunately it looks like it only shows the one most recent. And my air has history but not OA/central breakdown. Total AI was 3.5 (OA .8 and C 2.5 ) leak 0 I don't understand central very well. I worry it is less fixable since it ...

Anyone have a double mouth guard they really like?

I'm looking to stop taping. I have a top guard for bruxism from my dentist but maybe a double boil-n-bite will 'kill two birds' as it were...both the grinding and the mouth opening situation. Because of the grinding it needs to be pretty heavy duty or I imagine I'll just chew through it. Please post...
