Re: Replacement foam in a Resmed Airsense 11
TFal; I believe Resmed doesn't permit their repair centers to sell internal parts to the customer/end user of the machine .. I would think they can order any part needed to repair a machine sent in for repair .. To My limited knowledge the AS 11 does not have any internal charcoal filters .. You may...

Re: Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV with 9600hrs
Martijn; 350.00 Dollars is a good price for a Aircurve 10 ASV .. Have You seen the machine in person, Checked the machine hours ?? The clinician manual will tell You how to check machine hours .. Do You have a prescription for or a medical need for an ASV machine ?? ASV is the most advanced type of ...

Re: iBreeze 20A Issues
TheRiek; You stated that Your iBreeze is rented .. Sounds to Me like You need to demand a replacement machine from Your supplier !! I would recommend a machine supported by Oscar such as Resmeds AS 10 or AS 11 .. hmulliken; If Your machined is rented You need to think about doing the same thing .. B...

Re: New Article: New concerns
Reports say phillips delayed the original recall until they had no other choice but to fix the problem !! But it took years to supply replacement machines to those affected .. Philips is still working on replacing the originally recalled equipment .. It looks like they are repeating the same mistake...

Re: Resmed smart phone reports
LSNewcomb; mdunk100; My AS 11 doesn't power cycle like that .. I use OSCAR and unless I push the power button it doesn't show a break in usage .. Air Leaks show up on the leak graph but the Pressure graph is a continuous line .. OSCAR is easy to use and provides much more information to determine if...

andy88488; I have only used the AS 11 so I can't compare .. My experience is positive, The AS 11 Autoset has dropped My AHI from 48 to just above or below 1 .. The AS 11 is proving to be reliable it uses the same motor/turbine as the Airmini which has a good track record so far .. I have read some c...

Re: Risking surgery with General Anesthetic
henryrootytoot; Something You can talk to Your Doctors about for anesthesia might be a spinal block .. I was given one for a inguinal hernia surgery years ago 1974 if I remember correctly .. I was in the military so the reasons really were not given for using this instead of general .. Good luck wit...

I read there was a Court Order against phillips demanding the return of machines
to preserve evidence because of present lawsuits ..

Re: Spontaneous Trigger question
Thanks for all your help. So you gonna be a dickhead too? The point is, with nearly zero information it's impossible to answer your question. It's probably nothing. If that's the absolute first time it happened it could be something. It could be bad. It could be benign. It could be settings need to...
