The mask shouldn't be pinching the nose closed. It's either too tight or wrong size or both. Explore other masks that don't come in contact with the nasal bridge area. How come you have the full face mask? While there are a few full face masks that don't come in contact with the nasal bridge area.....

it ramped up to 15 and stayed there. Any idea why that might have happened? Easy question....your snores drove the pressure up. Snores are an early warning sign that the airway is trying to collapse so the auto adjusting algorithm will increase the pressure in an effort to prevent further collapse....
