Yawning when I take my mask off
Over the last few months I have been yawning multiple times when I take my mask off. My seal is good but my events have been going up as well. I sleep at least 7 hours per night. Could this be age related as I’m 75?

F20 foam mask
I have been using the f20 foam for a few months now and I’m never going back to the old f20 without foam. With the regular f20 I needed to use bandaids on my nose because it irritated my nose at the contact area. No longer needed with the foam and you can make the seal even tighter with bruising. I ...

ResMed AirTouch™ F20 Memory Foam Full CPAP Mask Cushion
I have been using the f20 memory foam mask for about 4 days now and highly recommended it. For months I have been using creams and even a band aids to protect my nose. I have been wrestling with this problem for years. I have settled with the full face f20 after trying many different types of masks....

Airfit F20 foam
Last night was a game changer for me. On the F20 without the foam I always had a mark left on the side of my nose. I resorted to using a Bandaid which leaked at times but still left a mark on my nose. Last night was the first night with the new foam mask. This morning it left no mark whatsoever. I w...

Sine-wave events per hour
After a few years of monitoring my events per hour mine seems to be moving in a sine-wave pattern. It will go from zero events to a high the back down to zero or very low numbers. It will go in this pattern 3 or 4 times per month. Has anyone else seen this pattern?

FitLife Total Face CPAP/BiPAP Mask
Has anyone tried this full face mask and what do you think of it? I have used the F20 for years and keep having recurring nose bridge problems. I have resorted to using band aids for protection.

Re: Chili Pad?
I use the chilipad and love it. I have MS and I am very sensitive to heat. Now I have the best of both worlds. I can heat during the winter and cool during the summer. It has fantastic regulation of both. The only drawback is the cost. It is well worth it in my opinion.

Events per hour and sleep good but still tired
I must say my events per hour couldn’t be much better. For the first 6 days of this month 3 of them were O events two were .2 and 1 was .6 events per hour. I am very pleased with this score. I had my VA pulmonary appointment the other day and they said it couldn’t be much better. Then why am I still...

Re: First 7 days events per hour
My machine is the same as yours the AirCurve 10 but it has taken me many months landing on the correct mask. I am using a Medtronic’s F20 full face mask. I really think I tried dozens of masks, hybrids, nasals of many different types. I’m lucky that I have a wonderful VA right next to me and without...

Finally my events per hour are low
It has taken many months to finally get to the point where my events per hour are consistently going down, down at times even to a big fat Zero! They are alway below 1 and hover around .3 or below. On the first of this month I was .1 the second .0 the 3rd .2 the 4th .1 the 5th .2 and the 6th .1 Fina...

After months!
After numerous mask changes and countless adjustments I think this is a pretty darn good score to end out the month with a .5 event score.

CPAP Pro, mouthguard holds nasal pillow
I have a real problem with any mask with straps so I was excited when I read about the no strap and headgear of the CPAP Pro. I boiled water and put in the mouthguard and waited till it was 150 degrees and bit down real hard. I had to loosen the hose clamp to adjust the hardware getting everything i...

Double sided hypoallergenic tape solved my seal from leaking
I have had a love hate situation with my f30i hybrid mask. I love it because my nose area would always be red and a little swollen from repeated use of my f20 mask. The under the nose f30i had always been appealing to me. Even though I’m a pretty big guy at 240 pounds I wound up using the small wide...
