Re: Resmed AirMini For Sale
Love the full disclosure, but how many people are interested if your opening describes how it was a mistake to buy? I should have listened to all of the talk here on the forum! But I just had to try an AirMini in an attempt to lighten my travel load. Well...after the very first night I knew I was n...

Re: Resmed AirMini For Sale
Thanks Pugsy! I was just concerned that I had a fair price. Never having posted anything for sale like this before I really didn't know the ropes.

Re: Hose getting water in it while I sleep . . .
In case anybody else is having this issue:
I was having the exact same issue for a short while with my Resmed Airsense 10 w/water chamber. I found that if I just reduced the humidity control by 1 number setting, the problem disappeared.

Resmed AirMini For Sale....SOLD
I should have listened to all of the talk here on the forum! But I just had to try an AirMini in an attempt to lighten my travel load. Well...after the very first night I knew I was not going to be able to cope with the big difference in noise (as compared to my Airsense 10 machine.) So, I ordered t...

Re: Rules Regarding Selling a CPAP?
Thanks! I didn't want to ruffle any feathers so thought I better check first! I will start a new thread for what I have.

Rules Regarding Selling a CPAP?
Is this a "no-no" as far as this forum is concerned? I have a Resmed AirMini that I simply could not use after about 5 nights. Would like to try and get at least *some* of my money back. (Supplier does not take returns.)

Re: Are There Any Decent Travel CPAPs?
OK...let's take a sharp turn here! What about the Breas Z2? I finally found some specs that seem to indicate that it is a (very) few db quieter than the Resmed. I don't want to base a decision *solely* on db ratings...unless there is no other compelling reason NOT to. Is there anything that I should...

you might try searching the forum for terms like camping. There were a few guy’s talking about tricks. I think one specifically mentioned a travel hose that cuts down on the sound.

Thanks...I will do a bit more poking around!

Re: Are There Any Decent Travel CPAPs?
Here's a secondary concern that I have... Is it possible to use my existing Mirage FX mask with an Airmini. I'm hearing of adapters that are available as well as "mufflers" and in-line accessories. What could I reasonably expect to do to make an Airmini as quiet as possible? I'm a fairly adept guy w...

Re: Are There Any Decent Travel CPAPs?
Well, now I REALLY don't know what to do. Based on another thread on this forum I had pretty well decided to forget about an Airmini. Now I'm hearing posters pop up with fairly good things to say. I think maybe my main concern was the fact that the other thread pretty well trashed the Airmini becaus...

Re: Are There Any Decent Travel CPAPs?
While I use the humidifier with the Airsense 10, I have it turned down REALLY low so I think I can get by without humidity for the duration of any trips we take.

Are There Any Decent Travel CPAPs?
I currently use a Resmed Airsense 10...and I'm fairly happy with it; except when it comes to traveling! I found myself becoming seduced with the idea of a travel CPAP when I saw a Resmed Airmini in my local CVS. I was shocked at how small it was! I immediately started doing research on it (and other...
