My guess is that when you were trying to demonstrate the problem at the DME, you were sitting up right in a chair. But the problem occurs when you are lying down in bed in your normal sleep position. Thank you for the detailed reply robysue1. It's very strange. Even before without the humidifier in the machine, I might go 4 nights no problem at all, then the blocked nose appears. Then other times I would get only 1 night and then the blocked nose. Ok I will definitely try the humidity settings, ...

I think 4 or 5 nights so far and went well, then this morning the blocked nose/sneezing appeared again. Humidifier is still on the default of 4 as a I mentioned. Thanks.

When I began APAP earlier this year I started out with the full face mask. I'm not sure what exact model of mask it is as I can't find the leaflet right now. Pretty sure it's Resmed's own. It has a thin silicone rim which is the cushion. It's not foam, and it's not an inflated balloon type cushion. ...
