After some research I found that in general cocoa grounded beans has 6 times less caffeine than grounded coffee beans.

So, yes I will look for a caffeine free drink I would like.
At least I can lower my amount of caffeine intake with the hot chocolate until I switch.

I have now two very hard things to try for improvement.

I need to cut down or even stop my smoking and caffeine intake.
