LEARNING TO USE OSCAR FOR BETTER SLEEP
New CPAP user of about three weeks. So far, I have an average AHI of about 5.5 but would love to use the Oscar data to increase my sleep quality. Could someone look at my data from last night and give opinions? Large increase of AHI last night.
