Sleep study test results. No longer have sleep apnea?
My last sleep study was 3 years ago I had an ahi of 12 extremely exhausted in the afternoon. It improves somewhat with the CPAP machine. I thought it was time to get another test to see where I stand. I got the report today and I'm reading what the doctor who reviewed it said. He said I got up a gre...

Re: Puffing cheeks tape blows off causing leaks
Just as a follow-up to my June issues with tape. I found total success by taking two pieces of tape across my lips at Angles and then the key was taking the straps from my old nasal mask putting the strap across my mouth lightly connect the velcro in the back and I no longer have a problem with leak...

Puffing cheeks tape blows off causing leaks
After 3 years of using CPAP I finally found a mask that didn't leak and that's the bleep. Two years I tried full face masks. I use tape so that I don't breathe through my mouth, I find that no matter what tape no matter how much tape, the force from my cheeks puffing blows the tape off. Have tried c...

Re: Using tape on mouth
Sorry didn't realize that's what I was doing. However I don't think it was necessary to express yourself in such a way. You obviously need to get more sleep.

Re: Using tape on mouth
I have used every brand of tape along with chin straps. I've been using the bleep device for a few weeks which eliminates my problem of leaks from a mask. (I have even mounted a camera above my bed and I could see my cheeks popping up) however, I find that sometimes the pressure of the air coming ou...
