I know that a lot of people have trouble sleeping a good amount and was hesitant to even post it because I didn’t want anyone to feel bad. If I could give you some of my sleep I would.

I did that for a couple of months. Had to go to bed earlier to get the amount of sleep my body wanted, like 10-11 hours per night. I remember one night in particular I slept 16 hours. It gradually stabilized after that to around 8 hours. Thank you. I figure it will even out eventually. I don’t mind...

Hey I tried searching and I can’t find anything on this topic. I have had my resmed 11 for about a month and I am doing great. 100 most nights. My only issue is that I am sleeping 9.5-11 hours most nights. I am not waking up, I am not having to pee or anything. Literally sleeping like a log for 9.5-...
