https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/10d74113-0971-4061-935c-6ee8a5537e18 An update on changing my settings/results. I did try dropping my minimum pressure to 11.4 from 11.8 as was suggested and got slightly worse results (I think?). This was the period July 16-18 as can be seen in SleepHQ. ...

Re: Advice on fine tuning my AS 11?
Thanks Pugsy I did look at the link or thread you suggested, even recall reviewing it previously when trying to learn more but admit its all less than obvious to me. I think I'm in pretty good shape, I even have had a couple 0.0 AHI nights but more likely I'll have a week of 0.4 - 0.7 AHI, then the ...

Re: Advice on fine tuning my AS 11?
PS, you mentioned only last night's chart showed up? You just click on the date arrow at the top of the SleepHQ chart and you can go back additional days.. at least that works for me.

Re: Advice on fine tuning my AS 11?
Thank you so much for your feedback. I have in the past dropped pressure and thought the number of events went up, but its been awhile. Actually my prescribed pressure was much lower and I slowly worked up to my current setting thinking I should prevent an event, vs having one and then the machine h...

Advice on fine tuning my AS 11?
Hello Mature, male who has been on CPAP 2 years now. Without a forum like this I would have given up as it seems the industry is primarily to churn equipment & supply sales vs treatment. That said I have a pressure range that seems to work, I don't use ramp and any time I even try any level of EPR m...

Re: Fairly new user wondering what to try next?
Thanks so much for the input. I do get my best results and feel better when I keep EPR OFF. AHI is more often than not, less the 1.0 with leak using the N30 at 25-30L, rarely above 30L. So I will just run with that. I did see some posts with regards to CAs being erroneously recorded hence my posting...

Re: Fairly new user wondering what to try next?
Thank you for the bump. I snugged up my mask more than typical last eve, so leaks were down to 14L, but CAs resulted in a 2.2AHI, (OAs were still 0.0) my worst result in a long time. So tonight I am dropping EPR to 1 and will see if the snug mask/EPR combo helps with leaks. Anytime I have turned EPR...

Fairly new user wondering what to try next?
Hello I am fairly new to CPAP, have been using about 16months. My study showed 52 OA, zero CAs. I now have an Airsense 11 and with input from people here a year ago I learned I have positional apnea, so by side sleeping I rarely have any OAs. Most of my events are CAs. I have no idea if they are rea...

This may be an option for you: https://www.thecpapstore.ca/product/go- ... ap-battery
I have no personal experience with it but it seems to be complete with all necessary cables for much less cost than other options.

Re: CPap mini proper mask?
I also use the F30 with my Airsense 11 and just purchased an Airmini. The F30 is supported by the mini but without any humidification. So for a full face mask you have to go to an F20 which I have no experience with. I may indeed try the F20 at some point but I already know how the N30 works (some l...

Re: Another failing AirSense 10
I just acquired a brand new Airsense 11 in June. It has a 3 year warranty as required by the Ontario govt to be eligible for funding. Funding is available every 5 years. I can purchase (within 90 days) an extended warranty that adds 2 years such that it is fully under warranty for 5 years, cost is $...

Re: New to CPAP - Advice needed
Just a follow up to my F30 issues. From all of the replies I learned of positional apnea and found my AHI dropped significantly when I slept on my side vs back. The reason I even tried a full face mask was I having ongoing leaks, dry mouth with the nasal N30, even though pretty good results (1.5-3.5...

Re: New to CPAP - Advice needed
I had never used IMGUR in my life till today. Once the account was created it seemed one could add one image at a time or alternatively add a group of images at once. Once done, there was an option to create a link which I did, & I tested it before posting here. I'd set the images to hidden such tha...

Re: New to CPAP - Advice needed
Pugsy Thank you very much for taking the time to write that incredibly detailed response on CAs & EPR. I have been at this for 1 month, (sleep study 3 months ago) and very much am just learning. I simply had read somewhere the notion of EPR & CA having a correlation, tried reducing EPR & had a posit...
