Re: Is my flow rate waveform normal?

Yes, the pause at zero... at the end of inspiration, I exhale... then trigger a inhale...and pause during that (so it would seem).

Interesting on the cardioballistic effect, never heard of it.

Thanks for the response, I'll keep looking elsewhere to try and figure this out.

Is my flow rate waveform normal?

Trying to "troubleshoot" poor quality sleep I've been having the past few months. My AHI is pretty low, averaging around 1 or so everynight. Thinking I might be suffering from "microarousals" from disturbed breathing. My oximeter tells me I average around .5 desaturations per hour and about 4 pulse ...

Re: Need Help With OSCAR 1.3.0 Issues

Cool thanks... in my case, I never put it in my computer without having it locked though. I've gotten burned by that a long time ago :-).

Re: Need Help With OSCAR 1.3.0 Issues

Yes it's a ResMed S9 VPAP (I'll update my profile). Actually, I just replaced the SD card like 4 months ago because the original, "official" resmed card was doing the same thing from time to time.... thought it was dying because it was old. Maybe I will go ahead and replace it again just to be sure....

Re: Need Help With OSCAR 1.3.0 Issues

Ugh... bad news there... I put my SD card back in my machine last night and it said it was corrupt and wiped it out(reformatted). This happens from time to time despite the fact that I lock the SD card before I put it in my computer to be read. I'll grab all of this the next time I capture a scenari...

Re: Need Help With OSCAR 1.3.0 Issues

I don't know if it matters.... but dates for the sessions changed (as kind of expected). I started the night on 2/24, stopped the machine in the middle of the night, then restarted... the 2nd session got timestamped at 2/25. However the viatom session never stopped (because I didn't take the oximete...

Re: Need Help With OSCAR 1.3.0 Issues

I'd be glad too....I uploaded it to your dropbox... it's a big file, sorry. I've had another anomalous night last night.... I believe this problem might be triggered when you have multiple "sessions" during the night (i.e. stop machine for bathroom, then restart). My 1st session of the night is miss...

Re: Need Help With OSCAR 1.3.0 Issues

No intention of hijacking this thread but I wanted to report that I am seeing a very similar problem today (thus a search landed me here). I use OSCAR regularly and today the flow rate graph disappeared (using ResMed S9 VPAP). Lots of other kinds of data are there (as usual) but flow rate is missing...
