I gave up on the nasal pillows. It was destroying my throat and it wasn’t helping with the dry eye issue. Investigation is ongoing at this time, but thank you!

I have less FES and more dry eye than anything else. I can’t keep them open very long. I think it has to do with CPAP therapy in general. I’m going to start sleeping 4-5 hrs with CPAP and see if anything gets better. But thank you!

SO-my doctor says this is a little known side effect of CPAP therapy. Spread the word, get some eyeseals or eyeeco clear or black gel goggles. LOTS of people who use CPAP have floppy eyelids now!
