I got it to work today. Basically, I just had to download and replace the driver from Silicon Labs. Cooper Medical was very helpful.

I tried but couldn't figure out how to upload a pic of the cable, assuming I am allowed to, and couldn't find a pic of it by googling. I'm thinking maybe I need a more recent version of SpO2, but couldn't find one to do...
